He was a source of knowledge to many other musician including MLV, O.S Thiagarajan etc. I am so curious about the method that you adopted to learn. Did you carry your veena to his house and played as he sang? or did he teach you to as vocal music and you came home and reproduced it? I would like to know more about his teaching methods!

Yes, it is true that he was a great source of knowledge and inspisration for performing artistes. I had kept a veena in his house, tuned to his sruthi (C).He would sing and I would repeat the same on veena. He would concentrateon manodharma music and also many rare vaggeyakara compositions apart from his own creations.
