272) Raathristhu Panchaghatikaa Samabhoochcha Thadhaa Thathaha
Jagaama Bhavanam Raajan! Svakeeyam Raajavallabhaha.

Meaning:  Following the orders of Lord Srinivasa Thondaman prepares exotic meal.
King Akaasha left at 5 ghadiyas in the night ( ghadiya is a hindu hour which consists of 24 english minutes ) for his Palace.

273) Thadaa Gatho Mahaaraaja! Thondamaano Maheepathey
Thamaaha Karunam Sreemaan Sreenivaasaha Kshudhaardithaha.

Meaning:At that time Thondaman had arrived. Lord Srinivasa was extremely hungry and He desperately....

Meaning: Lord Srinivasa said:"People who have all come for the wedding are starving, not to mention Myself, my son Lord Brahma, my Mother, Goddess Vakulamalika, the Devas.....

275) Bhaaryaa Pathivrathaa Lakshmeehi Kshudhayaa Parimohithaaha
Theyshaamannam Mahaaraja! Bhakshyaani Vividhaani Cha.

Meaning:...my spouse Lakshmi....we all are awfully hungry. Organise meals, varieties of savouries....

276) Kuru Raajan! Sathvarasthvam Rusheenaa Moordhvareythasaam
Paakasthvathra Visesheyna Karthavyo Jaathavedasaa.

Meaning:...immediately. Agnihothra can arrange for suitable meals for the Sages who have conquered their sensory organs.

277) Mamaapi Cha Preyshaneeyam Pakvaannam Raajasaththama!
Vaasudeyvavachaha Shruthvaa Vasudhesho Braveedhdhdareem.

Meaning:You have to send cooked rice for me immediately"..as Srinivasa spoke Thondaman told....

Idam Shareeram Jagadeesha! Raajyam Thvadeeyameythadhdhi Mukundamoorthey
Saro Yadhaa Lokagathim Prapannaha Thadhaa Mamaannam Prathi Muhyasi Thvam.

Meaning:O Lord Narayana Incarnate Lord Srinivasa! The entire Universe is ruled You. But you are appealing for food like a normal human being.

279) Evamukthvaa Mahaaraaja! Jagaama Bhavanam Svakam
Kshaneyna Kaarayaamaasa Paakam Raajaa Havirbhujaa.

Meaning:Thondaman expressed his disbelief thus and went to his house and arranged for Lord Agnihothra to cook...

280) Rusheenaam Vedavidushaam Suraanaam Surayoshithaam
Raajaannamarpayaamaasa Vipraanaam Chaa Nnakaankshinaam.

Meaning:and served the scholarly Sages, Devas, women folk of the Deva clan, the starving brahmins who craved for food.

Vaasudevaaya Raajendraha Preyshayaamaasa Saadaraha..

Meaning:After all of them finished their meal of varieties of savouries and juices, for the sake of Lord Srinivasa....

282)Annam Bahuvidham Bhakshyam Samaasham Madhusamyutham
Svayam Sameythya Raajendrokalpayadbhojanam Hareyhe.

Meaning:Thondaman brought specially prepared varieties of dishes made out of green gram and honey and placed them along with cooked rice.

283) Bubhujey Purushasreshtho Lakshmyaa Cha Parameyshthinaa
Maathraa Cha Sahitho Raajan! Saseysho Garudaanvithaha.

Meaning:Lord Srinivasa enjoyed the feast along with Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Brahma-the four-faced One, Mother Goddess Vakulamalika, Lord Adiseshu, and Lord Garuda.

284) Dathvaa Vasthraani Divyaani Jaamaathuhu Shreepathenrupa
Jagaama Bhavanam Raajaa Vaasudevaagnyayaa Thadaa.

Meaning: The King presented new garments to the son-in-law to be and after taking leave of Him left for his residence.

285)Gathey Raagni Mahaaraaja! Sreenivaasasthvaraanvithaha
Nidraam Chakaara Vidhivath Nirdoshopi Sukhaasaney.

Meaning:As soon as the King left, Lord Srinivasa could not sleep. He pretended to sleep on a soft bed like a normal human being.

286) Evam Gathaa Cha Saa Raathrihi Prabhaathasamayo Bhavath
Poorvadevaguro rvaaraha Sampraaptho Rashameediney.

Meaning:The night went by and in the morning after Suprabhatham (celebrating the breaking of dawn) it was a Friday, and the thithi was Dashami (10th lunar day).

Meaning:Lord Srinivasa woke up and performed the ritualistic holy bath and spoke to Sage Vasishta...

Meaning:...the muhurtha (auspicious time) of the wedding is at 13 ghadiyas ( ghadiya is a Hindu Hour which consists of 24 English minutes) and they will not be able to eat around that time".

294) Ithi Sandishya Raajaanam Kuberaha Punaraagathaha
Thadhaa Chakaara Raajatshihi Bhojanam Brahmavaadinaam.

Meaning: Lord Kubera returned after he conveyed the required arrangements. Lord Akaasha arranged for the scholarly Sages and Brahmins immediately according to the requirements.
